Elephant Bar at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh
Since 1929, the Elephant Bar has been the city's most storied watering hole. Set within the grand Raffles Hotel Le Royal, this colonial lounge welcomes writers, royalty and travellers with polished service, live piano and one of the largest gin selections in Southeast Asia, over 200 labels, including the house Elephant Bar Gin and Sipsmith Raffles 1915.
The signature Femme Fatale cocktail was created for Jacqueline Kennedy during her visit in 1967: champagne, cognac and wild strawberry cream, still served today. Afternoon tea, classic cocktails and a full spirits list complete the experience in an atmosphere of old-world glamour.
Happy hour runs daily from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Live entertainment Wednesday to Friday, 6:30–8:30 PM. The bar is open daily from 2:00 PM to midnight.
