Cambodia Interclub is proud to partner with Ground Zero to bring you another Open Sparring Session for the local combat sports community. 👥 Open Sparring – All ages & levels welcome Open sparring is available for all boxing and kickboxing athletes. The session will begin with open sparring rounds, followed by a series of 1-on-1 organiser-selected match-ups. These match-ups will be based on approximate weight and experience, with an agreed sparring intensity between both athletes. 🥊 What to bring * Boxing gloves (12oz minimum) * Shin pads (kickboxing) * Mouthguard * Groin guard (optional, but recommended) ⚠️ Equipment Check Our referee will inspect all gloves before sparring begins to ensure they meet the minimum glove size and provide a fair and safe environment for all athletes. 📍 Venue: Ground Zero 📅 Date: Saturday, 25 July 🕐 Time: 1:00 PM We look forward to welcoming athletes from across the Cambodian combat sports community.
