Brother Bong was founded by a Cambodian couple driven by a deep passion for great coffee. Their travels around the world inspired them to study, taste, and refine every step of the perfect brew, from farm to cup. This journey led Bunthoeun to become an award-winning barista in 2016.
Alongside specialty coffee, the menu offers a mix of Khmer and international dishes made with locally sourced produce whenever possible. The kitchen caters to a wide range of dietary preferences, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.
All coffee beans are roasted on-site in collaboration with Feel Good Coffee, reflecting Brother Bong’s commitment to quality, transparency, and supporting local partners. The café is a welcoming place built around good food, great coffee, and a strong sense of community.
