February keeps January’s dry weather with slightly more heat: highs around 32°C in Siem Reap, 33°C in Phnom Penh, and only a handful of rainy days. Sea conditions stay excellent, and the light is sharp for photography.
It is the month to come if you want guarantees, and the month to plan around if you want space. Everything works: temples, coast, countryside. Just accept that you will share it, and reserve the hotels, drivers and sunrise slots that matter to you.
